WELCOME TO AISMA This Association (AISMA), registered under Indian Trade Union Act,  1926 (Regd. No: NDD/09) is the only specialized organized representative body of the Station Masters / Station Managers of Indian Railways. ACHIEVEMENTS Nomenclature ASM abolished, Entry in Pay Matrix Level 6 and Maximum (MACP) Pay Matrix Level 9 (Pre revised – 6th CPC, Minimum Grade Pay being revised from Rs.2800 to Rs.4200 the 3rd MACP Rs.5400), 7th CPC recommendation of Dress Allowance of Rs.10000 pa for Station Masters.The Station Masters entry entitlement of Passes/PTO is 1st Class Pass.
