CEC Conducts Online Meeting
Online (ZOOM) Meeting of CEC
was conducted today at 10.30hrs. 23 members participated in the Meeting
including 9 GSs I deeply regret the inconvenience to the members
whocould not participate due to a misunderstanding in the meeting ID,
password andtime Today Meeting discussed matters related to recent issues in a detailed manner and the GS presented their brief
reports The house congratulated and appreciated all executives and
members for their timely action in extending assistance to the suffering
people in this epidemic period, amidst their routine duties in keeping
the wheels of the Nation moving The house decided to release a special
edition of *AISMASAMACHAR- COVID19* highlighting our efforts in the
crucial period comprising all activities during this lockdown period The
house demanded that all Railway Employees including SMs who perform
during this Pandemic be insured with Rs. 50 lakhs cover
and also an incentive extended to Covidwarriors as we are the front line
staff ensuring seamless movement of essential supplies and migrant
people.The house directed all Zones and Divisions to start
Membership-2020 drive and complete it at an early possible. Online
payment andother facilities may be explored to complete the same. The
house instructed the GSs and DSs to take more initiatives for the
implementation of the MACP Level 9 (RBE: 26/2020). The house also
instructed the GSs and DSs to use email / Telephonic discussion tothe
concerned officers effectively to communicate our issues and settle our
pending Demands in Zonal and Divisional Level The house instructed the
GSs to come in the next meetingon Sunday (17.05.20) with the Proposal
and willingness for conducting our next CBGM in October 2020. The next
CEC Meeting along with Farewell to our CSF as per the decision of the CC, hosted
by SWR after the lock down period and normal working of train
service The virtual house also decided that the balance diary should be
distributed to each zone with minimum of 50 The house urges the railway
administration to fill up the vacancies through GDCE/LDCE at the
earliest The meeting instructed that executives and members to be
emphasized / imparted more of Trade Union ideologies and Activities. The next
Online Meeting of CEC will take place on next Sunday,17th May at 10.30
hrs and under the same ID and password. All are requested to attend the
